We have worked closely with police forces and immigration services for more than two decades and built up a leading biometrics position in fingerprint image capture, transmission and recognition systems with a unique portfolio of solutions.

Fingerprint image transmission system

This solution is used in 25 countries and enables European immigration services and police to reproduce and transmit all types of fingerprints from a remote site to a central or international site. It is compatible with the main international standards, especially those of Interpol, ANSI/NIST and the FBI. Thanks to its quick and effective identification of fingerprints, the system provides an efficient tool for improving border control and combating illegal immigration and organised crime. A mobile version allows police officers to instantly and digitally record dactyloscopic data (hand and fingerprints) from suspects and transmit them in just a few seconds, thus saving precious police time and resources.

Automated fingerprint information system

This solution benefits users from the civil and criminal markets, increasing their crime fighting capabilities. It supports enrolled and flat fingerprint search, as well as palmprint and 20 finger (with combination of rolled and flat prints) search. The solution brings best-of-breed processing speed and accuracy, based on standard hardware platforms. Processing takes seconds rather than minutes and it’s so intuitive that training is almost redundant.
